Ordering & Accounts
Do I need an account to order?
No account is required for online orders. However, creating an account gives you access to your order history, saved addresses, and may unlock wholesale pricing tiers. Businesses placing regular orders are encouraged to register for a wholesale account.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our MOQs vary by product. Most products have a minimum of 1 carton (typically 50–500 units depending on the item). Bulk pallet orders are available for high-volume customers. Contact us for custom quotes on large volume orders.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes! We offer sample packs for new wholesale customers. Contact our team to request samples of specific products before committing to a full carton order.
Do you offer custom printed packaging?
Yes, we offer custom branding on selected product lines. Minimum order quantities for custom print runs typically start at 500–1,000 units. Lead times are 4–6 weeks. Contact us for a custom quote.

Products & Materials
What is the difference between compostable and biodegradable?
Compostable packaging breaks down into non-toxic compost within a defined period (typically 90–180 days) under specific conditions. It leaves no harmful residue. Biodegradable is a broader term — it means a material will eventually break down, but gives no guarantee of timeframe or whether it leaves harmful residue. Our products are certified compostable to Australian standards (AS 4736 for industrial, AS 5810 for home composting).
What is sugarcane bagasse?
Bagasse is the fibrous material left after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract juice. It is a natural agricultural by-product used to make sturdy, heat-resistant food containers that are fully compostable. Bagasse containers can handle hot soups, curries, and can be microwaved.
Are your products really compostable?
Yes. All products labelled compostable are certified to the relevant Australian standards — AS 4736 for industrial composting and AS 5810 for home composting. We do not use the term loosely.
Can I microwave sugarcane bagasse containers?
Yes. Bagasse containers are microwave-safe up to approximately 120°C. They are designed for reheating convenience.
Do your products contain PFAS or BPA?
No. We do not stock any products containing PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) or BPA. All products are food-safe and free from harmful chemicals.
