What's your minimum order per product?
We sell by the carton. Some cartons contain 500 units, some 200, some 1000 — it depends on the product. You can order a single carton of any item to trial it before committing to a larger quantity.
Do your clamshells hold up in the wind at outdoor markets?
Our sugarcane clamshells are hinged and reasonably rigid. Once closed and handed to a customer, they hold well. For very liquid-heavy dishes, a standard container with a separate lid provides a better seal than a clamshell. We can advise on the right product for your specific menu if you contact us.
Can I order from a regional area or do you only ship to Sydney?
We ship nationally from Sydney. Regional areas are covered — delivery times will be slightly longer than metro areas but we ship to food truck operators right across Australia.
